Join us for a deliciously hands-on evening that brings it back to the basics—featuring classic techniques, fresh ingredients, and a comforting family-style meal.

First Half:
Class begins promptly at 6:00 PM. Chef Michael will guide you through essential skills with live demonstrations and interactive opportunities to learn:

🍗 How to break down and roast a half chicken
🍋 How to make a rich Lemon Caper Butter pan sauce
🍊 How to segment citrus
🥗 How to build a simple salad with homemade vinaigrette
🍞 How to make fluffy Southern-style biscuits from scratch

Second Half:
Relax and enjoy as Chef Michael prepares the full meal for the class to share family dinner-style, paired with your choice of a complimentary glass of red or white wine.
