Manicotti Class

Join us for an Italian cooking experience where you’ll learn to make classic Manicotti! In this class, you’ll master the art of creating savory crepes as the base for your manicotti, then fill them with a rich and creamy ricotta filling seasoned to perfection. You’ll learn how to craft a full meal from scratch — and enjoy it together at the end.

First Half:
Class begins promptly at 6:00 PM. Chef Michael will guide you through essential skills with live demonstrations and interactive opportunities to learn:

  • 🥞 Savory Crepes – the delicate base for your manicotti

  • 🧀 Ricotta Filling – rich, creamy, and full of flavor

  • 🧈 Garlic Compound Butter – perfect for fresh bread on the side

  • 🥗 Italian Vinaigrette – bright and zesty to balance the meal

Second Half:
Relax and enjoy as Chef Michael prepares the full meal for the class to share family dinner-style, paired with your choice of a complimentary glass of red or white wine.

Full payment is required for reserving a spot in class. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
