None of this would have been possible without the support and efforts of our friends and family. Painting walls, building kitchen table islands, scrubbing floors, sewing curtains— the list is endless and so is our gratitude.

One thing many people don't know about Moody's is that owners Mollie & Melissa have known each other for over 15 years, growing up together in De Pere, Wisconsin. We got our very first jobs together at ShopKo, spent our college years in Milwaukee, followed our own careers to different cities, somehow found ourselves living together in Los Angeles during post-COVID, reunited in Dublin after separate adventures abroad, and eventually made our way to Chicago to build Moody's.

Today, we're the two people you'll find at Moody's every day—baking, cooking, pouring wine, stocking shelves, answering emails, hosting events, washing dishes, cleaning up, and dreaming about what's next. We're incredibly grateful that our friendship has grown into a business that has introduced us to so many wonderful people.

Moody's has never just been about food or wine. It's about creating the kind of place where strangers become regulars, regulars become friends, and everyone feels like they belong.
